Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques, from a mixture of martial arts traditions and non-traditions, to be used in competitions. In MMA rules allow for the use of multiple grappling and striking techniques that can be used while either standing or on the ground. MMA competitions allow for fighters of a variety of different disciplines to complete in competitions.
What if I dont have any experience?
Whether you have previous experience with a martial art or you're just interested in being exposed to a variety of different disciplines, our MMA classes may be the perfect fit for you.
